Good Guac

I’m a fan of recipes that involve just throwing lots of things together until it tastes and looks about right. It’s much more fun than balancing your laptop on the kitchen counter (RIP cookbooks) and smearing food all over the trackpad double checking quantities and cooking times. Guacamole falls excellently into this category, only requiring that the avocados and tomatoes taste delicious before you start smushing them up and adding other things.
